Terms and Conditions for the Holiday Home Esperides
1. Booking and Contract Conclusion
1.1. The contract is concluded once the renter submits the booking in written form and the landlord has confirmed it.
1.2. The booking is binding once the landlord sends a written confirmation.
2. Rental Price and Payment
2.1. The rental price is specified in the booking contract.
2.2. The total amount must be payed no later than 30 days before arrival.
3. Cancellation
3.1. In case of cancellation
- up to 30 days before arrival, the total amount will be refunded
- after 30 and up to 5 days before arrival 50% oft the total amount will be refunded.
3.2. No refund is given for cancellations made later than 30 days before arrival.
4. Use of the Holiday Home
4.1. The holiday home may only be used by the number of people agreed upon in the contract.
4.2. Pets are only allowed upon prior agreement.
4.3. Smoking inside the house as well in further closed spaces is prohibited.
4.4. The house rules provided in the holiday home as well as available online are part of the general terms and conditions.
5. Liability
5.1. The renter is liable for any damage caused by improper use of the property.
5.2. The landlord is not liable for the loss or theft of the renter’s personal belongings.
5.3. The loss of keys must be reported to the landlord immediately. The costs for the necessary replacement of the locking system are to be borne by the tenant.
6. Arrival and Departure
6.1. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.
6.2. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. Changes to the contract must be made in writing.
7.2. Hellenic law applies.
